WIP and Transformers: RX

That's the working title for TF fanfic I've started. Not sure how I feel about it, as it is rather generic, but we'll see if I actually get anywhere with the story beyond the first chapter before I really worry about it. Here's a quick summary for anyone interested:
"Upon the discovery of a dormant alien race and craft buried in a Nebraska mountain side, humanity quickly finds itself experiencing a Golden Age. Within 10 years technology, science, medicine and countless other fields are thrust ahead several centuries, causing increasing global unity to enhance their planet and explore beyond the stars. With the arrival of another more hostile mechanical race, however, plans of galactic travel and conquest are put on hold, as mankind must band together with their transforming allies to save their race, and their home."
So yeah, basically it's a formal variation/rewrite of the Tranformers Unicron Trilogy, but mixed with various other continuity elements and aimed to have more of a Realistic, complex execution, somewhat similar to the Dream wave variation. I've been brainstorming it for over half a year, and only recently actually gone about starting to write. It's been interesting, knowing a lot of what I have planned, but at the same time being just as in the dark as someone who'd read it until I get there.
Since I started writing, I've discovered I have some extra visual inspiration now, thanks to

Anyways.
I don't think I'll ever get into the habit of consistantly updating this Journal- which is fine, as it just mean's I'm preocupied with other things. Work, College, social life... Video games.
Oh yeah, and on occasion some coloring.
Decided to put up a little status bar like thing for my current Works in Progress (which I really procrastinate/don't work on enough) for anyone interested and waiting on them.

I've got a LOT of background to texture and light, a ton of touchups and nit-picky-ness all around. Definitively going to do a separate dev with the details lol.

I've learned a valuable lesson today.
I just spent $200 getting my computer fixed, because I did a stupid thing and mixed up my two hard drives. Computer got all screwy over a week ago after I cleaned it and attempted to reformat.
Lesson learned: MARK where computer parts go, and which is which when cleaning.
